We’re celebrating success at meeting the ‘Gold’ standard in two prestigious accreditations.

The Channel Partnership been independently assessed by two separate organisations – Investors In People and Investor in Customers. It is one of only a handful of organisations in the UK to not only get IIP and IIC accreditation, but to secure the Gold standard from both.

Tom Rolfe, Director at The Channel Partnership, said: “We’ve always been focused on developing business around our clients and our people and these two awards demonstrate just how important both are to our company.

“We have had Investors In People accreditation for a number of years and first achieved the Gold Standard three year’s ago. IIP said we’re embracing “workplace trends, leading practices and employee conditions required to create outperforming teams”, and we couldn’t be more proud of the team’s accomplishments.

“We’re committed to continuously improving our service and we have also been working with Investor In Customers to get some honest feedback from our clients on our service. It’s amazing to have been told that we received the second highest IIC score of all time, the second highest net promotor score (NPS) and the top score among all brokers who have ever been assessed by IIC in their 15 years’ work.

Managing Director of Investor in Customers, Tony Barritt, said: “Rarely do we find a company that understands the importance of their clients to the extent that The Channel Partnership manages. They have achieved one of the highest scores in IIC’s 15-year history and the feedback from their clients fully justifies their IIC Gold Award.

“It is clear that their employees not only understand why clients are important but actually know how to delight them in everything they do.”

The Channel Partnership’s ‘people first’ approach and cultural fit led to acquisition by fast-growing insurance intermediary, Specialist Risk Group (SRG), in February this year.
